We hire senior engineers from across Latin America to build and run software with US companies, in US hours. There is no job board here. When we are hiring, the roles are filled the way this page describes.
What we look for
Five things, in this order.
- Senior engineers who have run production systems, not only built them
- People who write clearly, in English and in code, because clients read both
- Comfort working in US hours with a US team, from anywhere in Latin America
- TypeScript, React and Node most often; Postgres and cloud infrastructure always
- A taste for boring, well-documented systems over clever ones
How hiring runs
Four steps, and a person at every one.
01 · Write
Send a note to hello@norwind.tech with "Careers" in the subject. Tell us what you have built and run, and link to it if you can. No form, no portal.
02 · Talk
A conversation with one of our engineers about real systems you have worked on. We are listening for judgement, not keywords.
03 · Work
A short, paid piece of work that looks like the job. We review it together the way we would review a colleague's.
04 · Start
An offer, a contract in your country through our partner EnzRossi, and a first small deliverable in your first two weeks.

What this page is not.
There is no list of open roles because we hire against real engagements, not a plan. If you write to us and there is nothing open, we will say so, keep your note, and come back to you when there is. Replies come from an engineer, within two working days.
