These terms cover the use of this website. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

The site

norwind.tech is published by Norwind Solutions LLC, a company in Florida, USA. The content is here to describe what we do. It is not advice, and it is not an offer that becomes a contract by reading it.

Content and marks

The text, the compass card, the Norwind mark and the product logos belong to Norwind or to the product they name. You may quote and link to the site. You may not copy pages, marks or logos for your own use without asking.

Photographs are licensed from their photographers and credited on the page or in the site's credits file. The people in them are not Norwind staff.

Links

Links to our products, our partner and other sites lead to pages we do not control. Their terms apply there.

Accuracy

We keep the site true and current, and we correct it when it is not. Even so, it is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
